Deposit funds securely with your debit or credit card

  1. Click on the link below to access our pre-payment login page, and enter your name and Z.com Trade Account ID.
  2. After your details have been verified by our system, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway, where you can enter your card details to make your deposit.
  3. Our system will verify your payment details, and your funds will be credited to your trading account. Provided that your payment details are valid and correct, your funds will normally be credited to your trading account automatically. However, if we require additional information to verify your payment, your deposit will be placed on hold until we receive such information from you.

  • Deposits are accepted in your Trading Account currency (GBP, EUR or USD). Any funds received in other currencies are subject to conversion with the exchange rate imposed by our payment gateway provider.
  • Z.com Trade covers all transactions fees applied by our payment gateway provider. However, your bank or card issuer may apply a charge in some circumstances. If you are in any doubt, please contact your bank or card issuer.
  • Third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a debit/credit card held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (with the applicable charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Trade cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
  • Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct when entering your payment details. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by our payment gateway provider in such cases may be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Please be aware that we only return funds to source to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. If your card details change and you would like to use a different account when withdrawing, please Contact Us and inform a member of our Client Services Team that you would like to register a new card with us. You will be required to provide a statement dated within the last six months for this card for verification purposes.
  • At present, we are only able to process withdrawals for up to 100% of the total cumulative deposits made by your debit/credit card (not including China UnionPay). If you require a withdrawal which exceeds this amount and we do not have another verified funding method (Bank Wire, Skrill or China UnionPay) on record for you, we may need you to register an additional funding method with us. Should this be necessary, we will contact you and explain what is required.
  • Our Debit/Credit card deposit service is provided by a third party. GMO-Z.com Trade UK Limited is not responsible for any loss or damages suffered by Clients when using third party service providers.

2. After verifying your payment details, your funds will be credited to your trading account. This can take up to one business day, however in most cases the funds will be added to your account within one hour.

  • We endeavour to process every deposit received between 09:00 - 17:00 UK Time. In the event that we receive your funds before 17:00 UK Time, your funds will be cleared and credited to your trading account within the same day.
  • Any funds received after 17:00 UK Time will not be credited until the next business day.
  • Third party payments or payments credited to Skrill by cash are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a Skrill account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (with the applicable charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Trade cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
  • Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct when entering the payment details from your Skrill account. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by Skrill in such cases may be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Please be aware that we only return funds to source to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. If your Skrill account details change and you would like to use a different bank account for account funding, please Contact Us and inform a member of our Client Services Team that you would like to register a new account with us. You will be required to provide the email address registered for the new account.
  • Skrill is a payment service provided by a third party. GMO-Z.com Trade UK Limited is not responsible for any loss or damages suffered by Clients when using third party service providers.

Deposit funds by Bank Wire Transfer

  1. Make a wire transfer to our bank account, and quote your Live Account User ID in the payment reference. Our bank details for all account currencies are noted below, and the bank account you use must be in the same name as your trading account with us.
  2. After verifying your payment and payment reference details, your funds will be credited to your trading account. If you are unable to add a payment reference, please inform us of your deposit details by email to support.trade.uk@z.com
  3. If we have received your deposited funds but cannot verify you due to the required information not being provided, we will place your deposit on hold for 10 business days until the necessary information has been submitted. If the information is not provided within 10 working days, the funds will be returned to source.

Deposit currency If you choose to deposit funds with a different currency to your trading account currency, your funds will be converted using the bank exchange rate.
Deposit charge We do not charge any fees for receipt of bank wire deposits. However, your bank may charge a service fee. For international bank transfers, intermediary bank charges may apply which will be deducted from the deposited amount by your bank.

In the event that we receive your funds (and relevant quoted reference or deposit receipt for bank transfers) before 17:00 UK time, your funds will be cleared and credited to your trading account within the same day.
  • Cash or third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (with the applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Trade cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
  • To ensure that we credit the correct account, we may request a copy of your bank statement or card for verification purposes. If we fail to receive this, we will return the funds to the originator (with applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount).
  • Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed by the bank, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by your bank, the intermediary bank or our banks may be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Please be aware that we only return funds to source to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. If your bank account details change and you would like to use a different bank account for account funding, please Contact Us and inform a member of our Client Services Team that you would like to register a new bank account with us.   3. Save or print the confirmation page, with your bank account number shown clearly, and send the confirmation page to us by email.
  4. Upon receipt of your confirmation page and funds, the deposited amount will be credited to your trading account within one business day.

  • We cannot guarantee the exchange rates for UnionPay deposits made in the currency denominations other than that of our bank account. Any such funds received shall be converted to US dollars based on the relevant bank exchange rates.
  • We endeavour to process every deposit received between 01:00 - 17:00 UK Time. In the event that we receive your funds (and where applicable, relevant quoted reference or deposit receipt for bank transfers) before 17:00 UK Time, your funds will be cleared and credited to your trading account within the same day.
  • Any funds received after 17:00 UK Time will not be credited until the next business day.
  • We can only process funds received with the quoted reference or deposit receipt (if you are unable to add a payment reference). The funding process will be delayed if we are unable to identify the payer from whom the payment originated due to insufficient information.
  • Cash or third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator  (with the applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Trade cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
