Deposits

QHow can I fund my account?

QDo you charge any deposit fees?
ANo handling fees will be imposed by Z.com Trade, however any bank charges will be borne by the client. Please check with your bank if you have any questions about the charges they may impose.
QWhen will the deposit be credited to my account?
A
  • For China UnionPay: 1-2 business days (deposits will be processed on the same day if they are received before 7:00 UK time).
  • For International Bank Wire Transfers: up to 5 business days
  • For UK bank transfers: 1-2 business days
  • For Skrill: usually within one hour (between 09:00 - 17:00 UK time)
QCan I deposit in other currencies to my trading account currency?
AIt is possible, however your deposit will be subject to the exchange rate determined by our bank or Skrill, depending on your deposit method. We recommend depositing in your trading account currency only.

Withdrawals

QHow can I withdraw funds from my trading account?
ATo make a fund withdrawal request, you must fill out a Withdrawal Request Form (please click here to download), and send it to support.trade.uk@z.com.
QAre there any withdrawal fees?
A
  • For China UnionPay: no charge
  • For UK bank wire withdrawals: no charge (for GBP accounts only)
  • For international bank wire withdrawals: 15 GBP/20 EUR/25 USD (this also applies to EUR/USD withdrawals within the UK)

Please note that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of 50 GBP/EUR/USD, unless you are withdrawing all funds from your account.

QIs there a maximum withdrawal limit?
AWe do not impose a limit on the maximum amount you can withdraw.
QHow many times can I submit a withdrawal request in one day?
AWe only usually accept one request per day, however please contact our Client Services Team if you have any urgent problems.
QCan I withdraw funds at any time?
A Yes, you can send fund withdrawal request form to support.trade.uk@z.com at any time.
Any withdrawal requests received after 12:00 (07:00 for China UnionPay) UK time will be processed on the next business day. No requests shall be processed on Saturdays, Sundays or on UK National Holidays.
QWhy is there withdrawal record on my MT4 account, even though I have not made a withdrawal?
APlease note that negative rollover charges are shown as withdrawals on the MT4 platform. If you do not think this applies to you and in any doubt regarding a transaction record on your account, please contact our Client Services Team.
