Account Funding

We offer a number of ways for you to securely deposit and withdraw funds to and from your Z.com Bullion trading account.

You can fund your Bullion trading account by China UnionPay, or bank wire. For clients residing overseas, we recommend UnionPay to make your deposit, as this will allow funds to be transferred to your trading account faster.

Deposit funds through UnionPay (for clients residing in China only)

  2. After you have filled in the relevant details, you will be directed to your bank's payment page to confirm the payment.
  3. Save or print the confirmation page, with your bank account number shown clearly.
  4. Upon receipt of your confirmation page and funds, the deposited amount will be credited to your Bullion trading account within one business day.

Deposit currency We recommend depositing funds in USD only. If you choose to deposit funds in a different currency, your funds will be converted using the bank exchange rate.
Transaction charges Waived by Z.com Bullion. Your card issuer or your bank may apply service charges.
Processing time One business day. Same-day processing for deposit received by 16:00 HKT.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
  • Deposits are accepted in USD only.
  • We cannot guarantee the exchange rates for bank wire deposits made in the currency denominations other than that of our bank account. Any such funds received shall be converted to US dollars based on the relevant bank exchange rates.
  • We endeavour to process every deposit received between 09:00 - 16:00 HKT. In the event that we receive your funds (and where applicable, relevant quoted reference or deposit receipt for bank transfers) before 16:00 HKT, your funds will be cleared and credited to your trading account within the same day. Any funds received after 16:00 HKT will not be credited until the next business day.
  • Cash or third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (2% service charge will be deducted from the refund of 3rd party deposit). Please be aware that Z.com Bullion cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
  • To ensure that we credit the correct account, we may request a copy of your bank statement or card for verification purposes. If we fail to receive this, we will return the funds to the originator (with applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount).
  • Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed by the bank, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by your bank, the intermediary bank or our banks may be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Online Payment Gateway:
    Online Payment Gateway is a payment service provided by a third party company. This third party company is not a bank nor regulated by any regulators. Online Payment Gateway has its own risks. GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited does not guarantee Client’s money can be successfully transferred to GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited’s bank account or refund to your bank account when there is failure in deposit. GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited is not responsible for any loss suffered by the Client in using Online Payment Gateway.

Deposit funds through International Wire Transfer

  1. Make an international wire transfer from your bank to any of our client accounts below.
  2. Quote your full name and Z.com Bullion User ID as reference. Otherwise, please send us the deposit or acknowledgement receipt issued by your bank, along with your full name and Z.com Bullion User ID.
  3. If we have receive your deposited funds but cannot identify due to no transaction reference being provided, we will only credit the funds into the account after the deposit receipt has been submitted.

  1. Log in to your bank's Personal Internet Banking service.
  2. Transfer funds to Z.com Bullion's bank account as provided.
  3. Quote your full name and Z.com Bullion User ID as reference.
  4. Save or print the confirmation page with reference number of the transfer.

Deposit funds through ATM

  1. Visit your bank's ATM machine in HKSAR (Please note that some banks' ATM may not have fund transfer services to other local banks' accounts).
  2. Transfer funds to Z.com Bullion's bank account as provided.
  3. Once the transaction is complete, you will be issued a deposit confirmation slip from the machine.

Deposit funds through Bank Counter

  1. Visit any bank counter in HKSAR.
  2. Transfer funds to Z.com Bullion's bank account as provided.
  3. Once the transaction is complete, you will be issued a deposit confirmation slip from the bank teller.

Deposit funds through Cheque (USD and HKD only)

  1. Please make sure your cheque is issued by any authorised bank in Hong Kong. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your cheque.
  2. Make your cheques payable to "GMO-Z.com Bullion HK Limited".
  3. Write your Z.com Bullion User ID and your full name clearly at the back of the cheque.

  • All cheques will take at least 2 business days to clear. Once cleared, the funds shall be credited to your trading account.
  • Cheques must be issued from your bank account held with a authorised bank in Hong Kong.
  • Please do not deposit cheque into cheque box or deposit the cheque directly with the bank. These cheques shall be deemed as unidentified payments and we will not be able to process such payments.
  • Third party cheques are not accepted. We will only accept funds originating from a bank account held in the client's name, third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator (with the applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Bullion cannot guarantee the receipt, processing and return of such funds. Subject to the banks, the refund process may take several business days.
