Account Funding: Deposits

Deposit funds through UnionPay (for clients residing in China only)

  1. Click on the UnionPay button below to proceed to our secure UnionPay payment page and make the payment.

  2. After you have filled in the relevant details, you will be directed to your bank's payment page to confirm the payment.
  3. Our system will verify your payment details, and your funds will be credited to your trading account. Provided that your payment details are valid and correct, your funds will normally be credited to your trading account automatically. However, if we require additional information to verify your payment, your deposit will be placed on hold until we receive such information from you.
Deposit currency RMB, your funds will be converted to your Trading Account currency by using USD/CNH real time ASK rate. You can check the rate in our trading platform.
Transaction charges Waived by Z.com Trade. Your card issuer or your bank may apply service charges.
Processing time 24 hours a day
  • Deposits are accepted in RMB only.
  • We cannot guarantee the exchange rates for UnionPay deposits made in RMB. Any such funds received shall be converted to US dollars based on the real time rate.
  • Cash or third party payments are not accepted. We only accept funds originating from a bank account held in your name, and third party funds will be rejected and returned to the originator  (with the applicable bank charges deducted from the payment amount). Please be aware that Z.com Trade cannot guarantee the receipt or the return of such funds.
  • Please make sure that all required information is valid and correct. If not, the transaction may be rejected, returned and/or delayed by the bank, with the possibility of charges being imposed. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of rejection, return and/or delay. Any charges imposed by your bank, the intermediary bank or our banks may be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Please be aware that we only return funds to source to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. If your bank account details change and you would like to use a different bank account for account funding, please Contact Us and inform a member of our Client Services Team that you would like to register a new bank account with us. You will be required to provide a bank statement for your new account, as with your initial registration.
  • Online Payment Gateways we offer are payment services provided by a third party. This third party company is not a bank nor regulated by any regulators. Using the Online Payment Gateway has its own risks. GMO-Z.com Trade Limited does not guarantee that Clients' funds can be successfully transferred to GMO-Z.com Trade Limited’s bank account or refund to your bank account when there is failure in deposit. GMO-Z.com Trade Limited is not responsible for any loss suffered by Clients in using the Online Payment Gateway.
